Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and ResumeDive when you buy or use the Complete Job Search Bundle. Please read them. Buying or using the tools means you accept them.

01 Who we are

The Complete Job Search Bundle is produced and sold by ResumeDive ("ResumeDive", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Maker Studio FZE LLC of Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. When these terms say "the tools", they mean the three plugins in the bundle: ResumeDive, the LinkedIn Profile Optimizer, and LinkedIn → Résumé.

02 What you are buying

You are buying a license to use three Claude plugins that help you run your job search. The purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Each plugin is yours to keep, and you receive free updates to those plugins as we release them.

The tools run inside AI products you provide yourself. ResumeDive works in Claude and Codex. The two LinkedIn plugins run in Claude for Chrome. You are responsible for having your own access to those products. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, separate from ours.

03 Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools for your own job search. This license is for one person. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the tools or their prompts, in whole or in part.
  • Share your purchase so that people who did not buy it can use the tools.
  • Copy, repackage, or pass off the tools or their output as your own product or service.
  • Use the tools to break the law or to violate the terms of any platform they run on.

04 Delivery and access

This is a digital product. After your payment clears, you receive access and install instructions by email, usually within minutes. If access has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will make it right.

05 Your content and the tools' output

You keep ownership of everything you put into the tools, such as your LinkedIn profile, your résumé, and the job postings you paste in. You also own the output the tools help you create, like your rewritten profile, your résumé, and your cover letters.

The tools build only from the real experience you provide. They are designed to wait for your approval before anything is applied, but you are responsible for reviewing what they produce. You decide what to submit to an employer, and you confirm it is accurate and honest before you do.

06 Acceptable use

Use the tools to represent your real background honestly. Do not use them to fabricate qualifications, impersonate someone else, scrape data you have no right to, or do anything unlawful. We may suspend access if the tools are used in a way that breaks these terms or harms others.

07 Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars (USD) and may change over time, though a change never affects a purchase you have already made. Payment is handled by our checkout provider, Lemon Squeezy. We do not see or store your full card details. Any taxes that apply are added at checkout where required.

08 Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. The full details, including how to request one, are in our Refund Policy.

09 Our intellectual property

The tools, the prompts behind them, the ResumeDive name, the bundle, and the materials we provide are our intellectual property and are protected by law. Your license to use them does not transfer any of that ownership to you. Everything not expressly granted is reserved.

10 No guarantee of a job

The tools are built to improve how you present yourself and how you apply, and to help you get found and get interviews. They cannot and do not guarantee a job, an interview, or any specific hiring outcome. Hiring decisions rest with employers and depend on many things outside our control.

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeDive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the tools, including lost opportunities or lost income. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the bundle. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

12 Third-party services

The tools work alongside services run by others, including Anthropic (Claude and Claude for Chrome), Codex, and LinkedIn. We do not control those services, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or terms. If one of them changes how it works, a tool may need updating, and we will do our best to keep things working.

13 Changes and termination

We may update the tools and these terms. When we change the terms in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the tools after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

14 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking it through will be handled by the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Privacy Policy

Your job search is personal. This explains what we collect, what we do not, and how the tools handle the profile and résumé data they work with.

01 The short version

We collect the little we need to sell you the bundle and support you, mainly your email and your order. The tools themselves run inside your own Claude or Chrome session and work with your profile and résumé there. We do not sell your data, and we do not build a profile of you to advertise to you. The longer version is below.

02 Who is responsible

ResumeDive, operated by Maker Studio FZE LLC of Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, email support@resumedive.com.

03 What we collect

We keep this deliberately small. We collect:

  • Information you give us. Your name and email when you buy or get in touch, and the contents of any support messages you send.
  • Order information. A record that you purchased, which products, and when. Payment is processed by our checkout provider, so we receive a confirmation and the last digits of your card, never the full number.
  • Basic website data. If you visit our site, standard logs and privacy-respecting analytics such as page views and rough location, used to keep the site working and understand demand.

04 How the tools handle your data

This is the part people care about most. The tools work with sensitive material: your LinkedIn profile, your résumé, and the job postings you give them.

  • The plugins run inside your own Claude, Codex, or Claude for Chrome session. The LinkedIn plugins read the profile you are already signed into, in your browser.
  • To do their work, the content you choose to process is sent to the AI provider running the session (for example Anthropic) under that provider's terms. That is how any Claude plugin functions.
  • ResumeDive does not receive, store, or keep a copy of your profile, your résumé, or your job postings on our servers as part of normal use. Nothing is applied to your profile or documents until you approve it.

05 How we use what we collect

We use the limited information we hold to deliver your purchase and give you access, to provide support and answer you, to send essential messages about your order and important updates, to handle refunds, and to keep our small business running, including fraud prevention and our legal obligations. We do not use your information to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.

06 Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to operate, and only for that purpose:

Payments
Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and holds your billing details.
AI providers
Anthropic and any AI provider whose product you run the tools inside, for the content you choose to process.
Email & support
We deliver access and answer your messages from our own support inbox.
Analytics
PostHog, for privacy-respecting site measurement.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

07 How long we keep it

We keep order and support records for as long as we need them to support you, honor the guarantee, and meet legal and accounting obligations, then we delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

08 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to receive a copy. To exercise any of these, email support@resumedive.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. You will never be treated differently for exercising a right.

09 Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and we keep what we hold small on purpose, which is the best protection of all. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take it seriously and act quickly if something goes wrong.

10 Children

The tools are for working adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11 International transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by law to keep your data protected.

12 Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top, and for significant changes we will give clearer notice. Using the tools after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Refund Policy

Try the whole bundle for 30 days. If it is not for you, email us and we refund every cent. No forms, no friction. Here is exactly how it works.

01 The guarantee

Risk is on us, not you.

For 30 days from your purchase, you can use everything in the Complete Job Search Bundle. If you decide it is not right for you, ask and we refund the full amount you paid.

02 How to request one

There is no form and no hoop to jump through. Email support@resumedive.com from the address you bought with, within 30 days of your purchase, and say you would like a refund. A short note on what did not work is welcome so we can improve, but it is not required.

03 What happens next

We reply
A real person confirms your request, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
We refund
The full amount goes back to your original payment method. No restocking fees, no deductions.
It lands
Depending on your bank or card provider, it typically appears within 5 to 10 business days.

04 Eligibility

To keep it simple and fair:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • It is for your own purchase, made from the email you bought with.
  • The guarantee covers a genuine try. We may decline requests that show clear abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles or sharing the tools and then asking for your money back.

05 After a refund

When a refund is issued, your license to use the tools ends, and you agree to stop using them and remove the plugins. That is the only string attached, and it is a fair one.

06 A note on digital goods

The bundle is delivered instantly and is yours to keep, which often means "all sales final" elsewhere. We do it differently on purpose. The 30-day guarantee stands even though delivery is immediate, because you should be able to actually use the tools before you decide. Your statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are in addition to this guarantee and are not limited by it.
